1. Business relationship & Price term:

1.1 ) ONWLD Signs had been a professional factory of neon sign, neon clock, led sign, light box for more than 20 years and we supply neon parts.
1.2 ) Online Store: www.neon-leds.com and www.neon-on-sale.com shipping cost included at price, you can shop with confidence and easily. If you would like to customized the sign, we need adjust the prices, so please contact us for this customization.
1.3 ) Wholesale : www.onwldsigns.com, display website to show what we provide, contact us if you have bulk order.

2. Product & Delivery & Payment:

2.1 ) Product time: we need 5-7 days to make goods, test quality and ship them out (gass neon in 5-7 days, led neon/neon clock/table in 5 days).
2.2 ) Delivery time: usually in 10-25 days to buyers' door by airmail, all over the world by post office.
2.2.1) To USA/CA/MEX: usually it will be 10-25 days to door by Chinapost air, we guaranteed in 35 days.
2.2.2) To EU/UK/ASIA:  usually it will be 10-25 days to door by Chinapost air, we guaranteed in 35 days.
2.2.3) To AU,RU: usually it will be 15-25 days to door by Chinapost air, we guaranteed in 35 days.

4. Warranty:

4.1) Quality warranty: real 2 years for all electronics components and defect of glass neon and we guaranteed 100% high quality.
4.2) 100% undamaged guaranteed: it has less than 2% posibility to get damages only, if damaged we send replacements to guide you how to let it work well again, that is easy and free of charge, contact us freely and don't need to open case from PP, and if damaged please kind contact us in 72 hours after receipt of the sign and take a picture to damaged parts for reference, you will get a good solution within 2 hours on working day.
4.3) Loss of guaranteed: it has less than 0.01% lost posibility, once it happened we make new and send to you free of charge.

4.4) Repair service: when it out of warranty time, we offer an affordtable repair service, it is worse less than the price at your local.
4.5) Specialty original design: We do original design for all neon, free of charge. 

6. Return Goods:

6.1) We accept return in 1 month after receipt of the item for any reasons, buyer need to pay for shipping cost for the return.
6.2)  For any very small defects on the neon, if you do care about it even if the defects don't affect its using, brightness, lifetime etc, normally we will send replacement parts to guild you how to repair the defects. If you still would like to return it, you need to pay for shipping cost of this return, after received the neon, we will issue a full refund to you.
6.3)  For damages during shipping, normally we send replacements parts and guilde you how to install the parts on neon and let it work well again, but you still do care about it and would like to return it to us, you need to pay for return. After we receive neon, we will issue a full refund to you.
6.4) Damaged signs by man-made after receipt of it does not in the return goods terms.
